As a former Partner and VP, he has managed multi-million dollar projects and consulting practices with specific focus on best practices and operational strategy in the government and healthcare sectors.

Anthony A. Mattucci, Executive Vice President

Mr. Mattucci is a co-founder of Milano and author of the Calibra™ Performance System with over 25 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and quality management. As a former Chief Quality Officer, he consistently delivered high returns on investment through the development of oversight, assessment, and improvement programs across multiple professional services organizations.

Jack Leary, Senior Vice President

Mr. Leary has over 25 years experience in successfully applying technology to solve business problems. He has managed multi-million dollar consulting practices focused on delivering e-commerce and knowledge management applications. Mr. Leary is a strong business consultant and project manager, having contributed to the success of companies such as IBM, Lotus Development Corp., AA&Co. Worldwide, and Whittman-Hart.
